We are finishing up organizing hotel roomshares for the Boston NCGR conference, to be held Feb. 25-28, 2010. The price has been finalized at $100 for a 4-night block, Thursday through Sunday nights. There is room for a limited number of people to add on the Wednesday night beforehand and/or the Monday night afterwards if needed, and that cost will be divided according to how many people are splitting it.

If you have not yet signed up and still wish to do so, there may be room for one or two more people to be added. Please email Leisa at leisa@youngastrologers.org asap to see if there is room left. If there is room and you would like to sign up, please be prepared to make your $50 deposit immediately.

We will have a few bed spots, as well as a number of air mattresses. If you do not require a bed, we ask that you consider using one of the air mattresses so that others who require a bed can have access to one.

If you have already signed up and paid your deposit, you may finish paying by clicking on the $50 button and paying the other half of the price.

The last day to cancel your reservation without losing your deposit is February 3rd, 2010. Last day to pay in full without losing your reservation and deposit is February 12, 2010.

AYA wishes to thank AFAN for their generous support of our roomshares, for which they awarded a scholarship to reduce overall roomshare costs. Their assistance has allowed us to keep roomshare costs for this conference to a very reasonable level.
